This weekend...

So, on Saturday night Daddy was asking Mom if she thought we should adopt four kids.:) Mom said we had our hands full with the grandkids. When Daddy comes in the door they all surround him and he usually doesn't get a minute without one of them asking him to hold them.

Daddy made a paper airplane for Adrian on Saturday morning. Before the day was over, there were paper airplanes every where. They were a big hit with all the kids.

Caden loved being with kids he could play with. He was always wanting to be with Adrian. Adrian really loves Caden too and didn't mind Caden tagging along.

Brandon was so sweet at the park and wanted me to just sit with him on a bench.

Adrian requested this picture be taken. He was pretending to be in a rodeo. What good southern kids! There were few fights with all the kids. They just all had to do what the other one did. So, one would go upstairs and they would all end up upstairs. They loved singing together and played church several times.

My Foster Kids...

I tease that some of my nieces and nephews are my foster kids. I have them for a little while and then I give them back.:) That's the good part! No, actually I love having these kids and I wish I could watch all my nieces and nephews like I get to do with those that live around here.

So, we had four little kids around our house this weekend.

I decided to take them to the park on Saturday morning.

I've done it with Hannah's three before so I figured I could do it with one more. By the way, Mom did offer to come. She didn't just push out the door with them. Adrian was very helpful and told the kids to follow him, which for the most part they did.

Besides the fact that it was really hot outside, the kids had a lot of fun! I was trying to figure out how I was going to get all these kids drinks when we left. I knew I wasn't going to unload them all and take them inside a gas station. We made a run through the McDonald's drive-thru instead. They were great at the park and actually nothing eventful happened. I was figuring on at least one embarrassing moment for me, but there was none.:)

and the last...

These are the last of the pictures I will be posting from Wednesday.

I had so much fun doing these pictures and I think Hannah-Lynn had fun too. I love photographing kids! I could have done this all day except for the fact that it was pretty hot out and she would probably get tired of me taking pictures of her. I love her curiosity. Everything she saw or heard she would ask me what it was. Thanks Hannah for letting me borrow your beautiful daughter. She was an angel for me!

I hope all of you have a wonderful weekend!

:Hannah-Lynn Preview:

I took Hannah-Lynn out this morning for some pictures. I had a lot of fun and I think she did too. She did an excellent job! I have a lot of pictures, but here are two for now.

Dancing in the flowers. This was totally her idea.:)

Eating a lollipop. She wasn't sure what to do with it at first, but once she realized she loved it.

My new 50mm lens came in yesterday so, I'm going to pick it up tomorrow. I can't wait to use it! I've been waiting for it for 3-1/2 weeks now. I was happy to find a camera store that specializes in Cannon's but is very small so they have to order most things.
