Mommy + 4

I had the privilege of taking pictures of Susan and her children while I was in W.V. I had so much fun doing them and can't wait to do more... I loved the location Susan picked-so much fun to work with!
I love the way you have fun with your kids, Susan. These pictures are all natural and I love that!

No, they aren't always paying attention to me, but they're kids and I love it.

Water Fun...

After going to the Museum in Baltimore, we walked around the Harbor. Susan knew about this place with a bunch of water fountains so she came prepared with a change of clothes for the kids. They absolutely loved running in the water and got completely drenched!
Josiah and Ella are such water bugs and probably would've stayed there all day if they could.

Even Kenna thought it was fun! Susan and I even did a run through at the end. It felt really good for the walk back to the car.

My Time In West Virginia

I had a really good time in W.V. with Tj, Susan and the kids! We got to do a lot of fun things and I enjoyed just hanging out at the house too.

One day while I was there, we went shopping at the outlets-fun, fun! And then Susan and I went to the Sight and Sound Theatre to watch the play Joseph. It was totally incredible!! I love the story of Joseph and it was so neat to see it come to life. It was way better than what I expected.

Beans in the Belfrey~
This place is an old church that they've converted into a neat restaurant with a play area for the kids...
Getting Kenna to stay in this suitcase was almost impossible. This is the only picture that she's not totally climbing out:).

Little book worm...

Children's Museum~ Susan and I took the kids to the Museum in Baltimore. They loved it there!

*Independence Day*

After church Sunday morning, we drove into D.C.. It was an experience with all the people. I've never been with so many people in my life! We sat in the mall directly in front of the Washington Monument. We got a perfect spot and by that night there was not a single open spot on the ground. Walking to the bathrooms was quite a challenge! You couldn't help but step over people and on their blankets or whatever they were sitting on.
Susan and Kenna

The Old Navy family...they could be models for ON:).

This little girl is walking EVERYWHERE! She may only get a couple steps in before she falls down, but she always gets right back up and tries again.

I painted Suzanna and Ella's toes for the 4th.

Zanny pretending to be an angel!

I have LOTS of firework pictures, but I'll only post a few. I seriously loved taking pictures of these fireworks! They looked like they were coming out of the Washington Monument.

They had some huge fireworks that appeared to be overtaking the Monument.
So, when we were leaving here the other night, it was pretty crazy with all the people. The crowd was amazing and we were all sweaty when we got to the car cause of being completely surrounded by humans. Susan and I had some really good laughs though. Tj and Susan were pushing strollers and I was pulling the cooler. People were all trying to move in front of you or behind you so when my body would pass they would automatically start walking and not see the cooler. It was constantly running over peoples feet and the things they had to say about it were not very pleasant! It had Susan and I just dying laughing though. I couldn't watch every ones toes for them so it was either get mad at the people or just laugh and we chose the latter:). It was kinda' cool though cause it was like people had totally taken over the road and anywhere you could walk. It was quite an experience, but a lot of fun!

*July 3rd*

On July 3rd, we spent the afternoon and evening in Antietam. The weather was gorgeous with a nice breeze and sunny.

This girlie loved eating watermelon and didn't care that the juice got all over her shirt and down her arms:).

So, I've never thought that Susan and I look that much alike, but in this picture I think we do. You can tell we are sisters with liking the same things- shirts and jewelry.

Ella being silly for the picture.

All American girl

The Maryland Symphony Orchestra played there. The music was beautiful!

Josiah with his glow sticks.

They fired off some cannons as the introduction to the fireworks.

The fireworks were great here and lasted a long time...

This picture didn't turn out as well as I wanted, but it was my favorite of the night:).
